As a church we are delighted to be located in the heart of the Upper West Side. We don’t just gather here on Sundays, but our heart is to be involved in the community, loving and serving the people, businesses and organizations of this neighborhood. This has many different faces from forging genuine friendships with other families we may meet in the playground or our apartment building, to participating in the local Community Board 7 meetings to supporting existing social justice projects working to bring positive change on the Upper West Side.
We have been profoundly impacted by the love of God, seen most clearly in the life of Christ and his work on the cross. We are passionate to see the reality of this gospel (good news) bring renewal in us, and so through us to both the Upper West Side and every neighborhoods where members may live.
